I placed an order but never received an email confirmation.
There are three common causes:
- You may have entered your email address incorrectly. We try to validate email addresses when you enter them, but we have no way of detecting if you have entered an email address that actually belongs to you.
- You may have your email settings configured in such a way so as to block email from certain domains, or to only allow email from certain domains. Spam filters can also do this. Check your email settings and make sure you're not inadvertently blocking our emails. Check your spam folder.
- Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) attempt to eliminate spam by applying aggressive filters on your incoming email. While this is a noble undertaking, the methods employed often result in some legitimate email not being delivered. Though it rarely happens, our emails to you are sometimes falsely identified as junk mail, and not delivered to you.
If you ordered software and did not receive the confirmation email, the first thing you can try is try logging into your account by using your email address and the password you created. If that proves to be unsuccessful or you need complete download and installation instructions sent to you, contact us at support@laridian.com. Tell us your full name (that you used when ordering), your email address, and the software that you ordered. We can then check our records, correct your email address (if applicable), and send the instructions that you need.
