I ordered one thing but meant to order another.

If you did not order directly from Laridian, you will need to contact the company from which the software was purchased to find out what they have for a refund or exchange policy.

If the order was placed more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. This is primarily due to limitations placed in effect by credit card companies.

If you purchased directly from Laridian within the last 30 days we can issue a refund. (It's easier to issue a refund for the incorrect order and let you place the correct order instead of doing an exchange and having you pay the difference or get a partial refund.) If you have already downloaded the product you need to remove it from any device on which it is installed. Send an email to sales@laridian.com. Tell us that you have removed the product from all devices on which it was installed and that you would like a refund. Include your name and Laridian Customer ID so we can locate your order.
