My credit or debit card was declined or refused.

Laridian does not make the decision about which cards to accept or reject.

We submit your card information to our processor (Authorize.net). They present the information to your issuing bank. Your bank replies with a code that says whether they are willing to accept the charge or that they reject it. Authorize.net reports that code back to us. We expand that into an error message and report it to you.

If you don't understand why your card isn't being accepted, you need to contact the issuing bank. If you forward the exact error message to us along with the last 4 digits of the card number, we might be able to tell you what we think is happening, but only your bank can tell you for sure why they are not allowing you to make a purchase using your card.
