If you did not order directly from Laridian, you will need to contact the company from which the software was purchased to find out what they have for a refund or exchange policy.
If the order was placed more than 30 days ago, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
If you purchased directly from Laridian within the last 30 days we can offer an exchange for an equally priced product. If the prices differ, place an order for the product you meant to purchase. Then send an email to sales@laridian.com with an explanation of what was incorrectly ordered. Include your name and Laridian Customer ID or the email address listed in your account.
