Tired of subscriptions? Want to get access to the most powerful features of PocketBible forever without having to renew every month or every year? This Advanced Feature Set Lifetime Access product is a one-time purchase that will give you access to the AFS on your iOS devices forever.

This Advanced Feature Set is specific to PocketBible running on an iOS device. If you have PocketBible on an Android device or any other supported platform, you'll need to purchase the Advanced Feature Set for that platform. Note that the features of the AFS vary from platform to platform.

If you switch platforms in the future we can move your lifetime access to that platform. This includes switching to a platform that may not be known at this time, or switching from a mobile to a desktop platform. We just ask that you don't ask us to switch your platform any more often than once every two years.

Use PocketBible on more than one platform? If you run PocketBible on more than one platform (for example, you use it on both Android and iOS devices, or you use it on your iPhone and Mac) and don't want to be bothered by subscription renewals, an "all platforms" AFS product is available. Features

These are the features in the Advanced Feature Set for PocketBible for iOS.

If you purchased the Advanced Feature Set for an earlier version of PocketBible before it became a subscription service, the features in the earlier AFS will continue to work in the current version of PocketBible. Features marked [NEW] below are those that were added for the subscription version of the AFS. You must purchase a subscription to access those features. If you cancel your subscription (or if your subscription expires) the previously purchased, older AFS will continue to apply and you will continue to have access to those features.

• Tabbed panes. Display up to five panes, each containing any number of books, or switch to showing five tabs, where each tab controls a full-screen pane containing any number of books.
• [NEW] Saved Layouts (iPad only). Allows you to name and save different screen configurations for different purposes.
• [NEW] Full Screen Reading Mode. Expands the active book to use the full screen, removing all unnecessary buttons and controls. Perfect for undistracted reading.
• Unique Autostudy feature finds everything in your library related to the selected verse or word. Autostudy a verse or passage to see a report containing:
  • The text of the verse(s) in each of your selected Bibles
  • The verse(s) with Strong's numbers or other word attributes, depending on which Bibles you own and if they contain that information
  • Dictionary definition of every word in the verse from all of your selected dictionaries
  • Definitions of all the Greek or Hebrew words in the verse from your Strong's dictionaries (if you own them)
  • Commentary on the verse from all your selected commentaries
  • Cross-references for the verse from the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge and other cross-reference sources (if installed)
  • Your notes on the verse(s)
  • [NEW] AI Insights — insights into the passage generated by ChatGPT.
  Autostudy a word or phrase to see a report showing:
  • Its definition from each of your selected dictionaries
  • The number of times it occurs in each of your selected Bibles
  • Related Strong's numbers (if you own one of our Bibles with Strong's numbers) or other word attributes.
  • Definitions of each of those Strong's numbers or word attributes from appropriate dictionaries (if you own them)
  • [NEW] AI Insights — a Bible dictionary entry for your word or phrase generated by ChatGPT.
  [NEW] Autostudy today's (or any day's) devotional readings to see a report showing:
  • The readings for today from your selected devotionals.
  • The text of any Bible passages referenced in those readings from your selected Bibles
  • [NEW] AI Insights — insights into the Bible passages in your daily reading generated by ChatGPT.
  Autostudy reports can be printed, copied to the clipboard, or saved to the PocketBible public folder. Files in the public folder are viewable in the Files app in iOS 11 or can be transferred to your PC or Mac using iTunes.
• Synthesized audio support for all Bibles and books using the text-to-speech engine built into iOS. Works for English, Spanish, and Greek texts. Choose a passage for PocketBible to read, or just have it start speaking at the top of the page of any book or Bible. Will optionally scroll the text so you can follow along, hands-free, while it reads.
• Autoscroll the text for hands-free reading. Easily adjust the speed of scrolling by dragging the text into the position you want it. If you're using the audio feature to have PocketBible read to you, Autoscroll will match the pace of reading.
• Assign names to your highlight colors.
• The Journal lets you create notes that aren't associated with any Bible verse.
• AirPrint printing support. Print selected text, verses, passages, and Autostudy reports.
• [NEW] Download your entire PocketBible library from our server to your device in one step.
• Automatically open all of your books into panes according to type (Bibles, commentaries, dictionaries, etc.).
• Additional enhancements, including:
  • [NEW] Custom Shortcut Keys. Define your own keyboard shortcuts for selected frequently used functions like opening a book, going to a verse, searching, etc.
  • [NEW] Hide verse numbers.

Terms and Conditions

• You can ask us to move this product to a different platform no more often than once every two years.
• You may gift this product to another PocketBible user.
• In the event of your death, the ownership of your account, including this AFS lifetime access product, can be transferred to another PocketBible user.
• You will have access to all features added to the Advanced Feature Set in future releases of PocketBible at no further cost.
• This is a one-time purchase with the same 30-day refund policy as any other Laridian product. It has no cash value, prorated or otherwise, after that 30-day refund period.
