The free version of PocketBible contains all the features you need for Bible study on your Android device. This Advanced Feature Set is for those who want to do a little more. It enables features in PocketBible that make Bible study easier and more enjoyable.

This Advanced Feature Set is specific to PocketBible running on an Android device. If you have PocketBible on an iPhone or Windows phone or any other supported platform, you'll need to purchase the Advanced Feature Set for that platform. Note that the features themselves vary from platform to platform.

The Advanced Feature Set is a subscription service. We will contact you by email to remind you of each expiration date so you can come to our website and renew your subscription. You can renew any time; your subscription will be extended from its original expiration date. You don't lose anything by renewing early.

A multi-platform AFS subscription is available if you run PocketBible on more than one platform (for example, you use it on both Android and iOS devices, or you use it on your Android device and Mac). Learn more about the multi-platform AFS.

This product upgrades PocketBible from the Standard Feature Set to the Advanced Feature Set, enabling all the features listed below.

• Autoscroll moves text along as you read at an adjustable pace.
• Autostudy finds everything in your library related to the selected verse or word.
  Autostudy a verse to see a report containing:
  • The text of the verse in each of your selected Bibles
  • The verse with Strong's numbers (if you own one of our Bibles that contains Strong's numbers)
  • Dictionary definition of every word in the verse from all of your selected dictionaries
  • Definitions of all the Greek or Hebrew words in the verse from your Strong's dictionaries (if you own them)
  • Commentary on the verse from all your selected commentaries
  • Cross-references for the verse from the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge (if installed)
  Autostudy a word to see a report showing:
  • Its definition from each of your selected dictionaries
  • The number of times it occurs in each of your selected Bibles
  • Related Strong's numbers (if you own one of our Bibles with Strong's numbers)
  • Definitions of each of those Strong's numbers from your Strong's dictionaries (if you own them)
  Autostudy today to see a report showing:
  • Devotional readings for the selected date
  • Assigned Bible reading text for the selected date and in the selected translation(s)
  Autostudy reports can be saved to PocketBible's public folder as html files for use elsewhere.
• Listen to God's Word with PocketBible's text to speech support for all Bibles (and books). Adjust pitch and speed. Will optionally scroll the text to match speaking. (requires Android OS 4.1 o later)
• Journal allows you to create notes that aren't associated with any Bible verse. Journal notes can be formatted and sync'ed to the Laridian cloud (you will only see these on versions of PocketBible that support Journal notes).
• Library Search allows you to search all your books at once for any word or phrase.
• Customize your colors in PocketBible!
  • Name your highlight colors to make it easier to remember what your colors mean.
  • Create your own color themes for use in PocketBible.
• Display panes in tabs in addition to the tiled style.
